Spaghetti

  1. A spahetties parcel
  2. bite meat (1/2 kilo)

PREPARATION

You must have a pot where add water .

You pick the spaghetties and ,then ,you add them in the water and yuo put the pot in the fire whit a little salt,the amount that you whant.(when you see the pot boil you will know that the spaghetties are quotient).

As long as you inafrying-pan you add the meat,the marjoram and a little salt.

When the spaghetties are stew you take away.the water and the bite meat are golden,you add bite meat in the pot where the spaghetties are.

Then you add the tomato sauce where the spaghetties and the bite meat are.

HOPING THAT THOSE EATING WILL ENSOY THEIR MEAL

Cake from chips and tuna

Ingredients:

For big chips
Two tins from tuna in oil bechamel
Lined cheese


Dressing:
Peel the chips and cut in foils as for omelette. Put abundant oil and append the chips. Once which be roster, append the two tins from tuna. Do a good bechamel and mingle good. Append the lined cheese.

SPONGE CAKE

Ingredients:
- 6 eggs.
- 2 milk glasses.
- 2 and 1/2 of sugar.
- 6 flour glasses.
- 1 and 1/2 you exceed of leavening.

Preparation:
In a container we hurled egges, later the oil, the sugar, the flour glasses and finally you exceed them of leavening. We mixed all mixed good. In the mold we hurled a little oil and we greased it well by all the container, later we hurled one little flour well and also we greased it in the mold but with care. Finally we put the mass in the mold and we put it in the furnace to 170º degrees.

SALMON TO THE ORANGE

Ingredientes:

  • 6 pieces of salmon
  • 3 small onions
  • 1 orange
  • 1 oil glass
  • salt
  • potatoes cooked to the steam

Preparation

To put oil in a container and the onions cut pieces very fine and we let them tone down until they are almost I am transparent. Soon made the lined skin of the orange, it is placed the salmon pieces siperficially, to remove them and to rosar them with the juice of the orange. The container is covered and it leaves about 10 minutes with little fire. One third part of onion retires to adorn it sourcre, and the rest goes through the beater or to the strainer chines, and to poter it to the fire again. To this sauce it is possible to be added several spoons of cream, we are wanted to make it more cream. The salmon in a source is placed, to marinate in with potatoes cooked to the steam, lettuce, weeds and the onion wheels and covered it with the sauce.
